provides a one-stop-shop convenience. The company's precision machining shop
at the Dongrae Plant, a government-designated First Class Precision Plant
since 1976, produces progressive dies for leadframe stamping for IC, TR, LED
and display. Thus, customers are no longer forced to deal with different sources
for leadframe dies.
- The company has achieved self-sufficiency in high-tech leadframe production
facilities, thanks to the shop's development and manufacture of high-speed
stamping presses and automatic plating equipment. Poongsan's precision machining
includes a wide range of machinery, dies, tools, gauges, jigs and fixtures.
- This elaborate machining shop features modern processing techniques covering
drawing, machining, assembly and testing, since it is fully equipped with
CAD/CAM, such computer numerical controlled equipment as CNC jig, CNC profile
grinder and CNC wire cut EDM, and a variety of heat treatment furnaces. The
quality of precision-machined products is guaranteed by the uncompromising
standards of the quality assurance program, which is reinforced by the government-designated
Authorized Tertiary Calibration Center at the Dongrae Plant.
